They did a good job, and best of all were very responsive and stayed on top of things through to completion. I gave very specific instructions for the deck treatment project I hired them to do, and they followed them to the tee. The treatment product I requested turned out to be special order, and they kept me informed of the progress on getting it, through a couple of delays. Great job!

The prior contractor that we hired to repair our decks completely destroyed them. I contacted "In the Light Construction" to see what they could do to fix the problem. The owner promptly came to look at our situation with the highest integrity and professionalism. The workers did an exceptional repair and we are pleased beyond expectation. They had respect for our property, were friendly and easy to work with. They were always prompt, had quick response to a situation and cleaned up after each day of work. Once the decks were complete, we hired the company to do other repairs with confidence. We had molding replaced on the kitchen counter and instead of just replacing with plain wood, they took a special interest and created a beautiful design which adds elegance to our kitchen. With so many contractors in business, it is easy to be taken advantage of. It is a great comfort to now have a contractor that can be trusted completely with repairs finished to the highest standard.
